Hello, I’m Martina (Jueming)

From my early academic years in psychology at Arizona State University to pursuing a Master's in Management of Technology at NYU, my professional journey has been driven by a desire to understand and optimize human behavior in organizational settings. As a Research Analyst Intern at Looper Works, I’ve had the opportunity to conduct in-depth data analysis, gather customer insights through interviews, and develop workshops aimed at improving time management and mental health. These experiences have solidified my passion for applying research-driven strategies to help individuals and teams enhance their productivity and well-being.

Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to work in diverse roles, including internships in marketing, HR, and supply chain management. These roles honed my skills in data collection, interviewing, and research analysis, preparing me for more specialized research in organizational performance. My leadership experience as President of the New Media Department at ASU further enhanced my ability to coordinate teams and create meaningful engagement, which I bring into my professional work today.

Looking ahead, I aim to further explore how technology can be leveraged to improve performance, reduce stress, and address procrastination, particularly in tech-driven environments. I’m eager to continue my academic journey toward a PhD, where I can expand on these interests and make a lasting impact in the fields of organizational behavior and technology management.

Beyond my professional life, I share moments and ideas on Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu 小红书), where my posts have garnered over 7,000 likes and reached an audience of more than 120,000. I’m also an avid photographer, always on the lookout for unique coffee shops and cocktail bars to capture and experience. My love for mixology has even led me to craft my own cocktails, experimenting with new flavors and techniques.
