• Time Management Workshops

I’ve developed and facilitated a series of workshops focused on helping individuals improve their time management skills and reduce procrastination. These workshops incorporated a blend of psychological principles and practical tools, aiming to boost participants' productivity in both personal and professional tasks. Through guided sessions, participants learned strategies to manage stress, structure their time effectively, and create habits that lead to long-term success.

  • Interviews on Procrastination and Time Management

As part of my role at Looper Works, I conducted interviews with customers to gather insights on their experiences with procrastination and time management. These interviews revealed common challenges, such as difficulty starting tasks under pressure and managing deadlines. I used these insights to propose tailored solutions, including the development of new features within the platform that help users prioritize tasks and improve focus, which directly influenced product development.

  • Exploring the Impact of School Choice on Neighborhoods: A Data-Driven Study

As part of the ASB 455 Research Practicum for Social Science, I served as a Research Assistant in a team-based project examining the impact of school choice on local neighborhoods. Central to this study was the collection of data through in-person interviews, where I recruited participants and conducted structured surveys using both qualitative and quantitative methods. These interviews provided valuable insights into community perspectives on school choice, and I meticulously documented responses in an online database, performing data checks to ensure accuracy. Additionally, I collaborated with teammates using Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint to code and analyze the data, ultimately synthesizing our findings into a comprehensive group research report. This experience honed my data collection and analysis skills while underscoring the importance of methodical interviewing in social research.
